Born and raised in South Florida, Evan now resides in Coral Springs, Florida. Evan came upon his entertainment career in a moment of serendipity. While accompanying his sister to an MTV audition, Evan was spotted by MTV producers and asked to audition for a special with Carmen Electra. Evan got that part and was asked to appear as a guest on other programs like "Trigger Happy TV", "The Mandy Moore Show" and "Wanna Come In?" on MTV. Evan is a successful print model appearing in national campaigns for Disney World, Aqua-Leisure, Full Armor, EPIC, Sacino's and has recently been named Universal Studios Orlando spokes model, where he lead the Electricty, Twister, Grad Bash and CityWalk campaigns. You may have seen Evan in national television advertisements for Ovaltine, where you can hear him say that famous tag line, "More Ovaltine Please!" He has also appeared in commercials for the Walt Disney Wilderness Lodge, Bowman's Online Sports, Orange, E! and The Travel Channel. Evan's quick wit and charisma landed him the gig as host of local Entertainment TV shows in the Orlando and Miami areas. His first job as an entertainment reporter was for Orlando Live and then a pilot for VideoFame. The producers of VideoFame were so impressed with the show's pilot, they decided to increase the budget and give him his own show called A-List TV which is set to air in the Miami market in 2006. Evan is most recognized for his lead role in the highly publicized reality show titled, "Ivana Young Man", Hosted by Ivana Trump. Seen on the Oxygen Network and W Network in Canada. He was the host for the first 2 episode of Shut Up and Model, a reality TV series, which syndicated throughout the world and produced by One Model Place. Evan Shafran aka EVeryman is an Actor, Rapper, Comedian, Dj, B-Boy, Star Wars Fan, and is a proud union member of SAG-AFTRA, Actor's Equity Association, and A.S.C.A.P. Evan is originally from the Deering Center area of Portland Maine. He graduated from Deering High School. He then graduated Summa Cum Laude from college at Manhattanville in Purchase New York. A few years after graduating , after living in the Park Slope Area of Brooklyn, he then moved to Los Angeles in 2008. He received his B.A in Dance Theatre and Sociology in 2005 from Manhattanville College in Purchase, New York. He is an associate Producer of Mir Productions based out of Brooklyn. Mir is a new theatre company with which he co-wrote and performed, "If There's Jack in the Box Get Out," his first play, and "Hear NYC." In the Fall of 2008 EVeryman delivers a fluid flow, with conscious optimistic lyricism. His high energy beats convey influences from old school hip hop and reggae which brings the crowd to life up on their feet. As a DJ, Everyman drops anything from breaks, glitch hop, sexy house, to drum and bass. Everyman is one half of 'Little Giants', a hip hop group formed with LA DJ/ Producer Pumpkin aka Nick Alvarado. EVeryman, aka Evan Shafran is also a screen actor, seen briefly in the oscar award winning film "Get Out." He has most recently starred in Smashwerks Films "Storyteller." His mother was Theda Shafran, she was the person who got him started in the performing arts at the age of 7. She passed away on May 7th 1997 and always told Evan never to quit doing what he loved. His parents, Jeff and Theda owned and ran Tommy's Hardware and Scuba Diving shop in Portland Maine. He has a brother Brad Shafran who won MVP for the state of Maine for pitching in Baseball.
