Born on August 2nd, 1986 in the town of Lafayette, Louisiana. He grew up in the nearby city of Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, where he lived there for fourteen years. In the winter of 1999 his family moved to Houston, where he would then graduate from Cy - Fair high school. After graduation, his family moved to Houma, Louisiana, while he moved to Baton Rouge, Louisiana and began attending Louisiana State University with a major in Medical Physics, and a minor in Theater. While attending LSU, Travis went to an open casting call for the film All the King's Men (2006). Without any prior acting training, was given the once in a lifetime opportunity to play Tom Stark, the son of Sean Penn in the film. Without any hesitation decided to drop out of LSU, and move to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career.
